great facilities brand new hotel, everything works great breakfast has a nice variety of items plus eggs cooked to order. staff was kind and willing to help water dispenser available at the lobby and by the elevator too on our floor, also 2 water bottles were provided for better rates book on their own website

The Best!! very warm and courteous staff. I hope it remains the same with time. I prefer this place over any five star hotel just because of courtesy of staff right from the sir who is guard till all those at reception particularly irfan and kirandeep. The person who cleans and refreshes the room till all those in the restaurant. Literally this place is home away from home. Very cosy clean sober and no hanky panky type business and family place. ❤️ pls remain the same

A great experience staying at Bloom Hotel. The staff were always so friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and included everything we had booked, the food was delicious and the location was perfect - a safe area. Really glad we moved here from our previous accommodation which was so awful.

GK 2 is a nice lively part of Delhi. This hotel got a makeover. It‘s not brand new but the beds and furniture were good. Breakfast too.

The hotel is quite new, with nice comfortable beds and renovated furniture. Also, the staff is so nice and helpful, they try to assist to you in everything they can.

The hotel is brand new so the facilities are spotless. Also the bedsheets and towels were super clean. Good breakfast with both Indian and continental options, which is rare. Staff at reception spoke good English
